CONSENT TO RECEIVING ELECTRONIC COMMERCIAL MESSAGES

As Basi Systems Pilates Sanayi Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (“Basi”), you receive commercial electronic messages within the scope of the Electronic Communications Law No. 5809, the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and related legislation. This text has been prepared in order to inform you about the sending, processing, storage and transfer of your personal data.

In this context, your contact information (e-mail address) you have shared, to be used in marketing communication if you give your permission; execution of communication within the scope of marketing activities, planning and execution of marketing processes; service, promotion, announcement, event, advertisement, promotion, etc. For the purposes of sending commercial electronic messages, it will be processed based on the commercial electronic message approval condition in accordance with the sixth article of the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, the express consent legal reason in accordance with the first paragraph of the fifth article of the KVKK.

You can withdraw your explicit consent at any time, if you withdraw your consent for sending electronic commercial messages, it will be deemed that you have withdrawn your express consent.

Your personal data/data will be used by Basi directly or through data processors and shared with Basi's business partners and suppliers in line with the realization of the stated purposes. Your personal data will be processed by service providers whose servers are located abroad for the purpose of carrying out storage and archiving activities, limited to these purposes and based on your explicit consent, and will be transferred abroad through servers and business partners located abroad.

You can submit your requests regarding your rights listed in the eleventh article of the KVKK in accordance with the "Communiqué on Application Procedures and Principles to the Data Controller".
